Ernie Spence, former NEFFA board member, and founding member of the Thursday Night Dance Committee died on March 30, 2011. He died peacefully, surrounded by family members.

Visiting hours will be held on Sunday April 3, 2011, from 4-8 pm at the Douglass, Edgerley and Bessom Funeral Home 25 Sanborn St. (corner of Woburn St.) Reading. The funeral service will be at 10am at the Old South Church in Reading. After the funeral service, burial will be in Forest Glen Cemetery, Reading followed by a collation at Old South.
