Thank you for your interest in vending at the NEFFA 2023 Festival!
NEFFA, the New England Folk Festival Association, offers the opportunity for various craftspeople and vendors to participate in the Festival. We seek to have a diverse group of craftspeople, vendors, and representatives of organizations which provide services to the folk music, dance, and song community. We also look for commercial vendors with products of special interest to our community, such as music books or CDs.
Applying to the Festival is free. If accepted, you will be charged a participation fee based on when you submitted your application. These fees are as follows:
- On or before November 15 – $100
- On or before January 15 – $110
- After January 15 – $120
This year’s Festival dates are April 21, 22, and 23, 2023, at the Best Western Hotel and Convention Center in Marlborough, MA. Vendor hours will be as follows:
Friday – 7:00pm to 9:15pm
Saturday – 9:15am to 9:15pm
Sunday – 9:15am to 5:30pm
PLEASE NOTE: All vendors must adhere to NEFFA’s COVID-19 policies. Please review them here before proceeding with your application.
For more information or if you have questions, visit the NEFFA website or email crafts-bazaar@neffa.org.
Historically, the Crafts Hall and Folk Bazaar have been in separate areas of the Festival. Due to the layout of this year’s venue, Crafts and Bazaar will be in the same place for the 2023 Festival. However, we still need to know in which group your business belongs, so that we can keep a good balance. All applicants will be reviewed for quality, variety, and suitability to the Festival.
The Crafts Room is intended for folks who make their own products.
The Folk Bazaar is intended for folks who do not make their products or who provide services of interest to the folk community.
