Plan Your Arrival at the Festival

25.21 Arrival

The Festival Lobby (where you’ll find the Ticket table, Volunteer Check-in, Performer Check-in, Membership and more) is located in the TRADE CENTER this year, not the Hotel lobby.  If you attended the Festival last year or the year before, don’t go on auto-pilot – there’s a new process for checking in!  You will NOT be able to get your tickets up at the Hotel this year.

The Trade Center is the one-story building on your left as you head up the Hotel driveway. There is limited parking at the Trade Center, so leave yourself enough time in case you end up needing to park in the very large lot up the hill (by the Hotel) and walk or take the shuttle back down to the Trade Center to check in.

Review the site map so you know where to go at the Trade Center.

Q: Is there designated parking for performers/volunteers/accessibility?
A: There is plenty of parking, so there is no need for designated parking for performers or volunteers. Accessible parking (placards only) is marked at both the Hotel and Trade Center.

Q: Do I need to buy tickets in advance?
A: No. The Festival has a large venue and we do not expect to sell out.

Q: Do you take credit cards?
A: NEFFA accepts cashless payments for tickets, membership, donations and performer sales.  Credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay are all supported, as well as cash and checks.

Q: How early can we be there to get tickets?
A: Doors open one hour before the program starts. See tickets.neffa.org for opening hours.  If you’re arriving early to attend a training workshop, you can pick up an early entry wristband in the Festival Lobby in the Trade Center.

Q: I’m all checked in at the hotel and ready to pick up my tickets. What now?
A: Please wait until Festival doors open to pick up tickets. If you have luggage, please take it to your room, to keep common areas as clear as possible.. Otherwise, hang out and chat with your Festival friends!

Q: Can I use the hotel main entrance?
A: The Hotel main entrance may get quite crowded with hotel guests checking in, especially on Friday. You may also use the event entrance at the side of the Hotel for the quickest entry to Festival areas.

Q: Where are the performance areas located?
A: Review the site map and the Festival Schedule to identify what you want to see and where to go.

Q: I have a question that isn’t answered here. Can you help?
A: The staff at the NEFFA Information Table in the Trade Center or the Hotel will be happy to answer any questions about the Festival.
