The all-Festival ticket price for 2024 will be $120; individual sessions are $45, and Friday evening is $25. As usual, there are reductions for NEFFA members, seniors, and young people. Details are available on our website.
For those who care about the details: As we attempt to recover from the pandemic, we set ticket prices last year to the same price as in 2019. In spite of this, Festival attendance in 2023 was down about 30% compared to 2019 – in line with other folk festivals – and the 2023 Festival lost about $40,000. Fortunately, NEFFA has adequate reserves to cover occasional shortfalls, but we have also made the difficult decision to raise ticket prices for 2024. We anticipate that the Festival will break even in 2025 if attendance increases according to our projections.
