Thank you for your interest in vending at the NEFFA 2024 Festival!

NEFFA, the New England Folk Festival Association, offers the opportunity for various craftspeople and vendors to participate in the Festival. We seek to have a diverse group of craftspeople, vendors, and representatives of organizations which provide services to the folk music, dance, and song community. We also look for commercial vendors with products of special interest to our community, such as music books or CDs.

This year’s Festival will take place April 19-21, 2024 at the Best Western Hotel and Trade Center in Marlborough, MA. At this time, we are only accepting applications to join our waitlist. Please be advised that we cannot guarantee you a spot. If a spot opens up, we will reach out to you in the order that we received your application.

Please note that participation and late fees are NOT charged at the time of application. Vendors will be billed once they are accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: All vendors must adhere to NEFFA’s COVID-19 policies. Please review them here.

If accepted, waitlist vendors will be charged a participation fee of $120 per 10×10 space, plus a late fee of $10.

  • A conscientious effort is made to balance the products represented in the room.
  • Your space MUST be attended during the hours the Marketplace is open.
  • At least 3 hours will be provided for setting up on Friday afternoon.
  • Spaces will be 10’x10’.
  • Electricity will be provided as needed.

In previous years, we have defaulted to 10’x10’ spaces for every vendor, with options for double space if needed. However, we realize that some vendors do not need that much space, or prefer less standard dimensions.
